For free improvisers, the development of individual voices on their instruments is one of the main motivating factors behind the discovery of new ideas. The workshop will explore improvisation methods used in freely improvised musical situations with a focus on extended techniques and the use of electronics. Uchihashi Kazuhisa and Darren Moore will improvise and demonstrate how to create musical dialogues using various techniques and ideas.
